The Purpose of Inner-City Revitalization Corporation
(IRC) is to provide means for access to adequate housing and opportunity for homeownership to all, by building safe neighborhoods, stronger community and meaningful economic opportunity.
With neighborhood support, the IRC facilitates the development of healthy community organizations by creating affordable rental options and opportunities for homeownership for families of low-to-moderate incomes.
