Inner-City Revitalization Corporation
Founded in 1997, Inner-city Revitalization Corporation (IRC) is a nonprofit community housing development organization dedicated to improving neighborhoods and enhancing the quality of life for low- and moderate-income families and individuals throughout Central Louisiana. Through housing development, supportive services, and community partnerships, IRC works to create opportunities that foster stability, self-sufficiency, and hope.
IRC takes pride in the major progress it has made to increase the availability of high-quality affordable housing stock in our area, having produced in excess of 128 homes, including a senior and homeless complex, multiple rental properties, and 80 single-family houses for homeownership.

Our Purpose
is to provide means for access to adequate housing and opportunity for homeownership to all, by building safe neighborhoods, stronger community
and meaningful economic opportunity.
With neighborhood support, the IRC facilitates the development of healthy community organizations by creating affordable rental options and opportunities for homeownership for families of low-to-moderate incomes.
